WF / INTERVENTION / 010Fixed scope · Decisive outcome

Change the trajectory in ten business days.

A concentrated WhiteFish engagement for a product that is stalled, unproven or carrying too much uncertainty. One critical objective. Ten days of accountable delivery. Working software or a clear, evidence-backed decision.

The situation01

When waiting is already costing you.

You may have an idea without a credible route to a working product. Or the build is already under way, but scope has expanded, confidence has fallen and progress is increasingly difficult to prove.

The Intervention creates a hard boundary around the most important outcome. We establish the truth, agree what success means, and spend ten uninterrupted business days moving the critical path.

The outcome02

Two honest ways to finish.

The result depends on what the evidence says the product needs—not on protecting a predetermined answer.

Working software

For new builds or recoverable products that are ready to move.

  • A demonstrable product slice or technical proof
  • A stalled critical path unblocked and moving
  • Walkthrough, handover and explicit next steps

Clear decision

When building more would hide the real problem rather than solve it.

  • Evidence for go, pause, pivot or stop
  • What is sound, recoverable and still unknown
  • A sequenced route forward with risks made visible

The ten days03

A short engagement with real gates.

Day 0

Lock the objective

We agree the scope, exclusions, access, success criteria and price before the clock starts.

01–02

Establish the truth

We examine the product, plans or codebase and identify the critical path and the risks that can change the outcome.

03–08

Deliver the critical path

Focused implementation, testing and daily decisions. Anything outside the agreed objective stays outside it.

09

Prove the result

We test the agreed success criteria, expose gaps and prepare the handover.

Day 10

Demonstrate and hand over

You leave with the working result or decision, the evidence behind it and an explicit next move.

10-Day Product Intervention £10k–£20k

Fixed price based on complexity. Scope and price are locked before day zero. 50% on booking and 50% on day ten.

Not ready to commit? £1,200

Start with the two-day assessment.

We examine the idea, plans or codebase and give you a written verdict: what is actually wrong, what is worth doing, and in what order. If an Intervention is the right next step, the full assessment fee is credited against it.

QuestionsFAQ

Common questions.

How much does the 10-Day Product Intervention cost?

Between £10,000 and £20,000, fixed, depending on complexity. Scope and price are agreed and locked before day zero. You pay 50% on booking and 50% on day ten.

Who is the 10-Day Product Intervention for?

Founders, technical leads and product owners with a product that is stalled, unproven or carrying too much uncertainty: a new build, a proof of concept, or a project that has lost momentum.

What do I get at the end of the ten days?

One of two honest outcomes. Either working software, such as a demonstrable product slice or technical proof with a walkthrough and handover, or a clear, evidence-backed decision to go, pause, pivot or stop, with a sequenced route forward.

What happens during the ten days?

On day zero we lock the objective, scope, success criteria and price. Days one and two establish the truth and the critical path. Days three to eight deliver it. Day nine proves the result against the agreed criteria, and day ten is the demonstration and handover.

What if I'm not ready to commit to ten days?

Start with the two-day assessment for £1,200. We examine the idea, plans or codebase and give you a written verdict on what is wrong, what is worth doing and in what order. If an Intervention is the right next step, the full assessment fee is credited against it.

Is there any obligation after the ten days?

No. There is no follow-on obligation.

How do I apply?

Fill in the application form on this page. Applications are reviewed by hand. If the objective fits the ten-day format we arrange a short qualification call; if it doesn't, we tell you directly. Nothing is booked until we confirm it by email.

Bring us the objective that cannot keep drifting.

We will tell you directly whether it fits the ten-day format, needs a two-day assessment first, or requires a different route.
